At Microsoft Research, I worked on multiple AI projects including building proof of concepts with GPT-3 from OpenAI. One of them was Windcrest in Microsoft Health Futures, which became Connected Care — a caregiver platform taken from concept through three product waves across 18 months.

I led design fully end to end for Audi Select — from the marketing site and customer subscription portal to the operations admin portal. A $1,395/month premium membership that let subscribers swap between Audi models on demand, launched in Dallas-Fort Worth with coverage from CNET, The Verge, Forbes, and Engadget.

I built Camino from the ground up — a SaaS platform and marketing site that helps small businesses manage their client journey from first contact to paid invoice. Built with Next.js 15, Claude AI integrations, and Stripe billing.

I led design for the Mercari marketplace — both the website and mobile app (iOS & Android). A peer-to-peer buying and selling platform with 100M+ installs, where users list items in seconds and find deals up to 70% off retail across clothing, electronics, collectibles, and more.
