How fast will I get my work?

Each task is delivered within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Central). Larger projects are broken into tasks delivered every 48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processor.

Do you offer refunds?

All payments are non-refundable. However, all design and development work delivered is yours to keep with full ownership rights. You can pause or cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
